How does it work?

Step 1 - discovery Call

The first step is making sure we are the right fit, on the call we will have a quick chat about your goals, training history and any conditions or concerns.

This is a in person consultation, where we get all the information from you that we need, including body composition measurements, nutrition logs, exercise history and exercise testing relevant to your goals.

Step 2 - Initial Consultation & Testing

Step 3 - Exercise, Nutrition & Lifestyle Recommendation

After we get all this information from we can recommend the best plan to get to you to your goal, if that’s working one on one with our coaches, small group training or following a tailored program. You can rest assured you have the right guidance and support to get you to your goal.
