What do you get?

  • World-class training programs

  • Complete sets, reps & progression

  • Ability to switch programs at any time

All programs come with a minimum 8-week commitment. However, you can switch anytime during that time to another program, but we recommend adhering to one program for at least 12 weeks to get the best results.

How do I receive my training program?

  • We will email you within 24hrs with all the info on setting up your account on our teambuildr app.

  • Download the mobile app or log in via your computer to access your program

  • On top of that, you will receive an email with videos walking you through your program and how to use the app.

FAQs

  • We offer one on one coaching and small-group training with our highly qualified coaches (sport and Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologists).

  • A sport and exercise scientist (personal training) applies evidence-based training to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve movement efficiency, while a clinical exercise physiologist specializes in tailored exercise programs for injury rehabilitation and managing medical conditions.

  • No you do not, your private session or small group session does not require you to be a member of the gym.

  • You’re not alone, that’s why we offer our small group PT all the inclusiveness of private training but in a small group of maximum 3 fellow adventurous people at a fraction of the cost. If that doesn’t work we even have our own workout app which has video feedback so no matter where you are you can ask us how your form looks and get quick feedback.

  • Unfortunately not. We are not about quick fixes and believe you can’t make meaningful change through a singular session, which we also think aligns correctly with those who want to build strong resilient bodies.

  • Absolutely! We have online training plans available. If you want 1 on 1 coaching as well, we can do virtual sessions if that’s what you’re after, if so give us a message.
